Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
- Combination of education and experience is considered.
