Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and assist with the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
