Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
