Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide feedback to management on inventory, product issues, and customer concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
