Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills and cash register experience.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
