Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, operating a cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
