Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with team members and following company guidelines, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
