Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
