Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in creating a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
