Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
