Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills
  • Efficient cash register operation abilities
  • Safe and proper equipment handling skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
