Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers effectively to enhance their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Contribute to store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Adherence to state and local regulations for alcohol sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
