Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Avis Budget Group team. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return of rental cars and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers returning rental cars.
• Secure keys, document mileage, gas levels, and vehicle condition.
• Check-in vehicles using our computer system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various shifts.
