We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Avis Budget Group team. In this role, you will be interacting with customers in various parts of the rental or return process at our airport lots, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental procedures, returns, and inquiries at our airport locations.
• Operate handheld devices for data entry and processing rentals.
• Deliver excellent customer service at exit gates and during car check-ins.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and willingness to work all shifts.
