Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return process of rental cars.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Record mileage, gas levels, and any damage to the vehicles accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental car return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
