Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, focusing on preventive care and oral health education.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best possible patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental technologies such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital x-rays.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
- Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
