Minimum Qualifications

• Dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New graduates or experienced professionals.
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, X-rays, and EMR systems.
• Desire to enhance clinical skills and provide preventative care.
• Willingness to meet the clinical needs of the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Attendance at periodic training sessions.
