Job Description

We are looking for a Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This pivotal role involves leading the development and execution of integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan, ensuring the representation of medical needs in global teams, and driving high-quality scientific and strategic communications globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of an integrated Global Medical strategy for Sleep.
  • Develop annual medical plans and evidence generation activities.
  • Craft and execute communication strategies and publication plans.
  • Maintain scientific knowledge of the Sleep market and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and advocate for Medical Affairs strategy.
  • Develop KPIs to measure success and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and engage in Global Expert Engagement.
  • Collaborate with other GMA leads to ensure alignment and leverage best practices.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry and Sleep.
  • 7-10 years of Medical Affairs or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
  • Experience in developing and executing Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of professionalism.
  • MD degree strongly preferred.

Compensation

Base pay range: $200,000-$300,000. Additional benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation, are provided.
