Responsibilities

As the Director of Programming, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing exceptional programs for our residents. Your efforts will directly impact resident and family satisfaction, ensuring a dignified and caring environment for all.

This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in therapeutic recreation.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership position in a related field.
