Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team at RICH TRANSPORT LLC. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating transportation operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering dispatch calls, verifying trailer numbers, entering Bill of Lading information, ETA to destination, and ensuring the timely delivery of all loads.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50+ drivers on the driver board, ensuring they meet mileage targets.
• Enter and maintain accurate data including Bill of Lading information, ETAs, and PTAs.
• Communicate delays promptly to relevant departments.
• Perform check calls on drivers and assist in load planning as needed.
• Keep abreast of driver hours to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and McLeod database.
• Experience in building Manifests and load management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
