Job Description

We are hiring a Disposition Manager to join our team at Proferty. As a pivotal member of our real estate investment company, you will be responsible for effectively marketing, negotiating, and selling properties within designated timelines. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and Disposition to engage potential buyers through various communication channels, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with prospects and clients to drive sales and overcome objections.
• Promptly respond to leads via email, text, and phone to propel business forward.
• Execute marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
• Monitor property status throughout the sales process, coordinating with the sales team as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to devise pricing strategies for optimal profitability.
• Develop strong relationships with investor buyers to maximize revenue.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records in the company CRM and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
• Attend real estate networking events regularly to expand professional connections.

• Previous real estate experience is highly preferred, including experience with title, mortgage loan processing, or related roles.

• Being organized and detail-oriented is a must.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary with a lucrative commission structure, enabling earnings over $100,000 per year.
