Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven District Manager to oversee a regional territory of retail service merchandisers in ensuring successful project completion within scheduled timelines. As a District Manager at CROSSMARK, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and communicating with a team of merchandisers to meet company set completion goals and maintain high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to retail merchandisers, acting as the primary company contact.
  • Track project completions in the assigned region, ensuring proactive and reactive coverage of all account calls, and meeting monthly completion targets.
  • Communicate project expectations and work assignments clearly to the retail merchandising team.
  • Address inquiries from the Account Management team and consult with the Operations Director on matters related to Service Representatives performance and policy adherence.
  • Observe and implement established policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Document communication with retail merchandisers for future reference and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Resourcefulness, assertiveness, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly self-motivated.
