Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate District Manager to join ALDI in the Greater Watertown NY Region. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of multiple ALDI stores, driving sales growth, and leading a team of employees to success. This challenging and rewarding role offers a competitive starting salary of $95,000 with a signing bonus and additional salary adjustments in subsequent years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the operations of up to six ALDI stores in the district.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results and drive sales growth.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a professional workforce to achieve their career objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes for efficiency.

Requirements
