Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Optimum. As a key member of our sales department, you will engage with customers in their homes to promote and provide tailored solutions from our suite of high-speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building lasting relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create customized telecom packages based on customer needs.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Effectively pitch and sell Optimum products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and provide post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work full time.
