Responsibilities

  • Create customized telecom packages to meet individual customer requirements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and pricing plans.
  • Effectively sell Optimum products and services by addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide post-sales support to build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.
