Join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director of Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for executing and delivering our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline, driving innovation in cancer treatment. You will be instrumental in overseeing clinical development operations, ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget, and fostering internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Mentor and provide direction to staff, building high-performing clinical teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Deep understanding of ICH GCP requirements and clinical research functions.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $256,000-$384,000.
• Annual cash bonus and equity grants based on performance.
