Job Title: Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $256,000-$384,000
The Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations at Jazz Pharmaceuticals will lead a team responsible for the execution of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. This role requires extensive knowledge of solid tumor clinical development, strategic planning, global experience, companion diagnostics, and ICH/GCP requirements. The position involves team leadership, project management, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of clinical research budgets and timelines
- Provide mentorship to staff and build high-performing clinical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum of fifteen years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 10 years in oncology
- Strong understanding of clinical research functions, ICH GCPs, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
