We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team at One Medical in New York City. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform various in-office procedures.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care (or equivalent).
• State licensed in New York.
• Prior experience in evidence-based primary care.
