The Rounds, a leading AI-powered Personal Home Manager platform, is seeking Field Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will serve as a key ambassador for The Rounds, engaging with potential Members to promote our sustainable grocery delivery services. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a greener future and drive the growth of our community.
Responsibilities
- Educate potential Members about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery services at various popup events.
- Achieve and exceed new Member acquisition targets through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain a deep understanding of The Rounds' offerings to facilitate successful onboarding of new Members.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of popup event displays for seamless event execution.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with a strong focus on customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation and physical capability to lift weight and stand for extended periods.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission on new member acquisitions.
