Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As part of our dynamic team, you will create an uplifting fitness experience and drive the growth of STUDIO and Group Fitness memberships.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage instructors and coaches to optimize class schedules and drive club traffic.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of programs.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Create a welcoming and energizing atmosphere for members and guests, fostering community and connectivity.
Requirements
- Experience in fitness industry recruitment and management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive fitness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
