Position Title: Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

We are looking for a Fitness Studio Experience Lead who will be responsible for maximizing studio and group fitness usage by offering innovative and on-trend fitness classes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our members receive exceptional experiences that motivate and create a strong sense of community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage class schedules to ensure competitiveness, trendiness, and convenience for members.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and safety of studio and fitness rooms.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Create a culture of care, connection, enthusiasm, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or group fitness instruction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional fitness experiences.
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
- Certifications in fitness instruction or personal training are a plus.
