We are looking for a passionate Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join VASA Fitness and be a part of our dynamic team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your responsibilities include recruiting and coaching talent, driving performance results, ensuring a world-class member experience, and fostering ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff proficient instructors and coaches to maximize club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance results to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and execute flawless programming and events.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to facilitate instructor development and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed performance targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and coach team members effectively.
• Passionate about fitness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a supportive community.
