Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead. As the Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inclusive fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing the usage of our Studio and Group Fitness spaces while ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train talented individuals to staff our fitness classes.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of programs.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors for their development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build a vibrant fitness community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of fitness trends and the ability to adapt to changing consumer demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
