We are looking for a passionate and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness programs. Your primary responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving and exceeding financial targets, delivering exceptional member experiences, and training and coaching instructors for ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to meet financial targets.
• Ensure world-class member experiences through flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
• Create connections with members and guests through high-energy classes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fitness management or group fitness leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community environment.
