We are looking for a passionate Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness, where we aim to create an inclusive and empowering fitness environment. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for curating a dynamic and trend-setting fitness experience for our members. You will play a key role in driving studio and group fitness usage, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor fitness instructors and coaches to deliver high-energy classes.
• Drive studio and group fitness attendance through effective scheduling and engagement strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and innovative fitness space for members.
• Provide world-class member experiences and address member concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness instruction or studio management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community environment.
