We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting experience for our members by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness solutions. Your responsibilities will include maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, achieving key performance indicators, and delivering a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to enhance club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to drive results and exceed financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure Studio and Group Fitness spaces are clean, safe, and well-equipped.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver exceptional classes.
• Create connections with members, address concerns promptly, and inspire passion for fitness.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness leadership or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop talent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building community.
