We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as the Fitness Studio Lead at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will be responsible for creating a vibrant fitness experience while maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness utilization. Your role will involve recruiting and staffing, achieving results, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and fostering connections with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified talent to ensure optimal schedules and drive member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance, driving attendance, and managing costs.
• Ensure a top-notch member experience through clean facilities, flawless execution of events, and adherence to standards.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
• Create a welcoming environment that fosters connections, motivates, and uplifts members and guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community.
• Ability to drive results, manage resources efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service.
