Job Description
Join Cargill's global team as a FSQR Technician at our protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of our mission to nourish the world sustainably, we are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure quality and safety standards are met in our food production processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform monitoring activities to uphold quality specifications and safety standards.
- Work closely with production teams to address deviations from specifications.
- Prepare Food Safety Corrective Action reports as needed.
- Analyze root causes of deviations to prevent future occurrences.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma/GED or 2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools and ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Fluency in English and basic computer skills.
- Comfort working in a cold environment and standing for extended periods.
- 12 months of experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in food safety, quality, or food manufacturing.
- Prior experience at Cargill and recent work history.
