Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and providing leadership to the team. This position offers a starting wage of $24.50 per hour for an average of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities and enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
