Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in store management by overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising the team, and ensuring the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team for enhanced performance.
- Identify training opportunities to support team growth.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Proficiency in operating equipment and cash registers.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
