Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, maintaining inventory procedures, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• A minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
