Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing store operations, supervising activities, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for implementing action plans, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing action plans for enhanced store performance.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
