Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and identifying training opportunities to support team growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the direct leader to improve operating results and establish job responsibilities.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and achieve store goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the interviewing process and provide product feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
