Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi. As an integral part of the team, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, schedule management, team development, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
