Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on product issues and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
