Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI team's core values and competencies in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in using a cash register and operating store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
