Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides excellent customer service. As a Store Associate, you will handle cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat shelves and displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
• Contribute feedback to enhance product offerings and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and uphold security standards
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Experience in retail is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail work experience desired
