Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash handling skills
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience is also considered
