Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store remains well stocked, clean, and organized while providing exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
