Join our team as a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Inventory management and cash handling according to company policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
